Firstly please let us know your requirements or application. Then we will quote according to your requests. Thirdly customer confirm the PI and make the payment. Finally, we arrange production.
Is it ok to paste customers' logo on products?
Yes. Please inform us before production and confirm the logo design, color, and size.
Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer half a year warranty for our products.
How to deal with the faulty?
Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.2%. If any defective products occur, please provide us pictures or videos. Once our engineer confirms the quality problem, we will send replacement units with your next order.
What is the production capacity?
The current production capacity is approximately 50,000 pieces per year.
