Product Description

The XSL-16TS automatic paper cup machine adopts a tabletop layout design that separates forming parts and transmission parts, ensuring stable and hygienic operation. The transmission system uses a longitudinal shaft, barrel indexing cam, and gear transmission, combined with a servo motor for precise machine control.

All moving components are automatically lubricated by spray to extend service life. The machine is controlled by PLC with photoelectric sensors to monitor the full process, and cup feeding is driven by servo for high accuracy. An optional visual inspection system is available to automatically eliminate disqualified cups.
